Despite the high cost of importing the robots, Abbas has seen an increase in foot traffic and curious customers eager to witness the robots in action at his cafe.

Edith Ojwang, a hospitality industry expert, notes that while some customers may prefer the efficiency of robot service, others value the human touch and warmth that comes with interacting with human waiters.

While the use of robots has its benefits, such as increased efficiency and novelty, it is important to consider the limitations and challenges that come with this technology.
